We have had extensive work done by Master Tile and have loved everything they did. The office staff is great, as are all the workers. A great deal of attention is paid to detail, and if there is any problem, it is very easy to speak to the owner (Jhinson), as he is very responsive and will work with you to correct it. For example, we had a little issue with our grout with the work that was completed this past spring. I called the office, and THAT day Jhinson showed up and it was repaired. I HIGHLY recommend Master Tile and will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks, Master Tile, for transforming our laundry room, two bathrooms, kitchen, and foyer area! We love it!
We are in the process of getting new counters and backsplashes in the kitchen right now. I cannot say enough good things about them Jana and Monica have been extremely patient and helpful in selecting materials. Thank you.

What a wonderful business to work with. I am beyond happy with the guidance, craftsmanship, and kindness given to us as we navigated a big bathroom. We had a few hiccups that were no fault of theirs, just my uneven walls already there, and they made sure that my bathroom was absolutely perfect before they called it complete. Amy, Emily, and I'm sorry I missed the gentleman name that helped us cut the tile; they were amazing and so helpful with advice and keeping us calm after we came in so aggravated about the tile we were trying to cut ourselves. They helped us to come up with a great solution, and we will definitely be back. While we were waiting for the tile to be cut, we watched how awesome they were with other customers as well, and the showroom was dynamite. Thank you again so much!

We hired them to replace the countertops and install a new black tile splash on our property, which is used as an ARBNB. Because the timing was critical, we blocked out a 5-day window and stressed about whether that would give them enough time considering the multiple trades that needed to be coordinated! Living out of state only added to my anxiety. We received numerous telephonic updates throughout the entire process, many with follow-up calls. Imagine our shock when they were able to accomplish the complete task in just the first two days! We are beyond pleased with the professionalism, timeliness, and high quality of their work.
